Food is trash! No seasoning. Everything is soggy and the beans taste like they came straight from a can. They also didn’t let my boyfriend use the bathroom. Overall very disappointing and overpriced. Would not recommend.

The service was quick and nothing but amazing. The tacos are really good. I came back to try new stuff such as the horchata, gorditas, and torta. The horchata was a little too sweet for my liking but overall everything was very delicious! (Picture of me devouring my gordita). I also want to mention they only accept CASH TIPS for the waiters (as of April 2024).

The food is exceptional at Arturo's. I had a couple of tacos with a side of rice, plus chips and salsa. The food is terrific, the service wonderful, and the dine-in setting was nice.Parking: Parking was easy to find and turn into. We had zero issues.

We chose to eat at Arturo's because of the late hours they are open and because we were craving tacos! Service was okay until the end when our waitress told us while we were running our card transaction that we could only tip via cash, cashapp, or Zelle. Not knowing this beforehand, we didn't bring cash or any of these avenues of payment. As we walked out the door, the waitress passive aggressively said "very generous" as we couldn't tip due to the facility's inability to have a standard tipping system. We most likely won't be returning to Arturo's due to this condescending comment as we felt confused and anxious about not being able to leave a tip and our waitress's attitude.

The flavor of the food was okay, but it was fairly expensive. They charged extra for cheese, sour cream, and avocado on a burrito. Cheese should be a standard free addition, some would argue sour cream should be too. It ended up being 45 bucks for 3 burritos. They also got two burritos wrong, and added additional things to the other burrito.I think you could get better bang for your buck at other places nearby.
