Great service and great selection of wine. The ambiance is very intimate, in a close dinning area with open kitchen. Food was presented extremely well. Each dish is a work of art. While there was some wide variety of texture and display of food, I wish the flavor of each dish would be a little bit more powerful than what they are. The reason behind 3 stars is due to the LONGGG dinning experiences had. It took us 4 hours for a dinner and had to miss our after dinner plans.
Hit up Atelier Restaurant for dinner last Saturday in Lincoln Square. I did the tasting menu and splurged on a wine pairing—loved the beet-and-rutabaga courses and that butter-poached whitefish—flavors were poppin’. Vibe felt cozy but elevated, servers were super chill and knew their stuff. Would totally come back.
Atelier in Lincoln Square is a gem. Opted for the 5-course tasting menu on a weeknight—every dish was a creative hit, especially the Thai peanut rutabaga noodles and carrot gnocchi. The intimate setting felt like dining in a friend's cozy kitchen. Service was warm and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. Spent around $150 with a glass of wine. Can't wait to return for the full 12-course menu.
