As a customer usually when you order at the wrong location managers normally give you a hard time. But after talking to Delilah The store manager she was amazing understanding and did not question anything and canceled my order since I ordered from the wrong location kudos to her next time I will be ordering from her location
If you’re looking for a location that will pay attention to your customization adjustments (EZ/Reg/XTRA) this is the one!!! ❤️❤️
After receiving the wrong delivery because another Josh ordered at the same time as me (mistakes happen) the store fixed the issue right away. I received the correct order delivered within 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service!

Jimmy John's offers a variety of sandwiches, including the new Jalapeno Chicken Wrap and Caesar Chicken Wrap. The staff is friendly, and orders are prepared quickly. While the music volume has improved from the previous "crazy loud" level, it is still louder than some customers prefer. The restaurant could also benefit from updating its bathroom facilities.
