The food is usually really good. But lately I've gotten two orders wrong and today when they gave me the wrong sandwich again, I called and asked for the correct sandwich. The woman on the phone gave me mad attitude and then hung up when I asked her to pleae send the right one when she offered. No time frame for delivery, nothing. It's been 30 minutes and still no food.

For a company that touts there "freaky fast" delivery, this is anything but that. I ordered food for delivery and its been over 1 hour and I have still not received my order.

Placed a mobile order at 7:50PM (they close at 9PM) for pick up. My boyfriend was going to pick it up on the way home. When he got there he was told you guys were out of bread and that you tried calling me about my order multiple times. That's a flat out lie, I checked my call log and that my contact info was correct. My boyfriend waited 15 extra minutes for the bread. The sandwich was fine except for the fact that the bread was definitely smaller than usual... At least I used my birthday reward and didn't pay for a smaller sandwich. Not surprised to see so many bad reviews about this location and going to avoid ordering from here from now on. Don't lie and cut corners.

Delivery took over an hour. When you call to get an update they never answer. Very poor service. There food is good there service sucks

Management and staff here were a complete JOKE. Needs retraining here. Delivery driver came into front office rudely, with an attitude while customers were in lobby, arguing with me that I gave her the wrong address. After arguing with me on the phone prior, that they didn’t mess up my sandwich. After reviewing footage, she insisted on doing so herself, she must’ve came to a realization I didn’t lie about not having dijon on my sandwich. Was accused of lying over mustard. When I asked for a shift lead after the driver came in all ignorantly, they asked “for what”… then said he was in fact the shift lead. Rude as well. Guess Jimmy John’s hires whoever they can at this point seeing the staff talks to customers however they please. My sandwich was delivered a half an hour later and looked like it had been tampered with. I threw it straight to the garbage. They purposely drenched it in oil and vinegar on top of it. Barely wrapped the sandwich and was over baked, hard bread for sure. I was AGM of a Franchise myself and this is sad customer service.

Called 10 mins ago for 4 sandwiches. I get here its not busy at all theyre just hanging around when i asked for my food the man was like "oh will just make it right now" im late to my doctor appointment and thats why i called.... the attitude... 3 or 4 employees just hanging around.... wow.

I tried the new Jalapeno Chicken Wrap as advertised on TV. I would probably order their other new sandwich called “Caesar Chicken Wrap” next for comparison. The staff is friendly and you get your order in no time. The music was still loud for my taste, I mentioned it in my last review it was “crazy loud” this time it was much better but no cigar. They could use a new toilet seat.

The sandwich was not cut in half and there were no napkins. I also don't think that it was freaky fast delivery. I'm literally 2 minutes away. Make sure you want them to notify you when it's delivered.

Went in and bought a #16 unwich he never put the bacon on and the lettuce wrapped wasn’t wrapped it was more so patched together. I will be going back tomorrow for another sandwich made right!

Ordered Club lulu /w provolone and spicy Italian for delivery. The Italian was inedible with how much oil they put on it. Never had an issue with "reg" oil before and this was definitely more than usual The provolone on the lulu was an upcharge so it's disappointing that it was left off. 1 star well deserved
