Food is yummy. Always quiet. Good spot if you eat healthy. I Recommend the avacado grilled chicken sandwich and all their soups are very good!

I've usually gotten breakfast here and some coffee. Today was the worst experience EVER. I ask if the latte machine is working bc it a hit or miss. Cashier says yes. The manager is standing right next to her. I haven't been here in a while mind you and ask for a latte. I get the response "you need to get a cup of ice and bring it here, this is not starbucks." RUDE! I'm a Swedish employee and this is how you give customer service? Unacceptable! Will never come here again.

The food is good and I love this place but they forgot 10 of the lunch boxes for a team meeting - put a downer in the energy. I would suggest they pay closer attention to detail, I will still order food from here because the quality of the food is good but service could use some work.

Was staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here for breakfast, I didn’t realize beforehand that because they are in an office building that they would have a limited menu/services. The employee there named Kim went out of her way to make sure my kids had a good breakfast (like beyond amazing customer service). It’s so rare to find employees so willing to go the extra mile for customers; she is special!

I have had breakfast in here a few times. Each time the food was fresh and good. service is okay. I have used them a couple of times for catering in the office for meetings. Each time the food was fresh, delivered on time or early, and service is much friendlier. The prices for catering are on par for all downtown catering and the offerings are varied better for sandwiches and salads as other similar restaurants.
Staff is very friendly and the service is quick and efficient. They have great soups.

The last time I visited here though on 6/11/19 I ended up getting violently sick a few hours after eating their Thai Peanut Chicken salad for lunch. Was out for approximately 4 days so I suspect something was tainted in one of the ingredients or there were some unsanitary preparation/handling practices from their made to order station. Will never visit this place again to avoid an episode like that in the future.

This review really should be four stars due to Angela, Mgr., who interrupted her own lunch to make things right. Please let me share yesterday's experience. I placed a relatively large lunch time order, 24 hours in advance for a 11:45 am pick up. The order was time consuming because the online menu allows you to customize each meal - which is great. Well guess what, yesterday morning, as I was preparing to pick up the order, I get an email at 11:22 am (just 23 minutes before the scheduled pick up time) stating that my online order did not go through. I got immediately anxious because of the importance of my event. So I rushed to the location and that's when Angela took over and had the three of them (including herself), put the entire package in order. I'm so glad that I didn't discard my hard copy list of lunches because I would have been at a disadvantage. I was outta there by 11:45 am. - whew... Thus, online system - one star. Angela and her team - 6 stars!!!
