Walking past, the smells were great and the food was what I'd expect from a typical Auntie Anne's: good, buttery, salty, fluffy pretzels. The service was okay, neither friendly nor rude, just indifferent. A decent option as far as airport food goes and only about 1.5 times the price of a typical mall-based Auntie Anne's, which isn't that crazy considering it's in a major airport.

The cashiers were really nice and patient. The old reviews about the cashiers are outdated, they were pretty nice and good service

Oh they don’t even get remotely close to opening at 6am. If you are craving the nectar of the gods. Just continue into the McDonald’s in front of thee mighty aunt Annie’s. Ms. Annie doesn’t wake up early thus degrading her star count. Honestly, it’s been 30 minutes and no one is there and nothing is even baking. How are they gonna making pretzels within - 39 minutes.???!?!?

Wanted a small but they “only had regular size” pretzel bites (not sure why they couldn’t dump one in a small sized cup). Bought it anyways because I was craving pretzels, just to find out they taste extremely dried out. Very disappointed since it costed $17.

I inadvertently added the amount of the sale as the tip and when I noticed it, the woman behind the counter was open rude and obnoxious to be. She constantly berated me in front of other customers while she supposedly contacted a manager which never appeared after waitng for 15 minutes. When I asked her to contact the manager again her and her fellow worked openly denied my request. I paid for my mistake, but the way I was treated was totally uncalled for..

I used to love auntie anne’s when i lived on the east coast but havent had it in nearly a decade. I was so excited to see one in the airport but sad to say, the first register i approached had a guy on his phone who didnt even look up before pointing to the next register where i was helped by the rudest woman possible. Curt, not asking any questions, impatient, etc. incredibly poor customer service. To top it all off, the pretzel was completely stale and practically inedible.

I asked for a regular pretzel bites. They said they didn’t have them. I said how longs the wait. They said something incomprehensible and rude and tried pressuring me into getting one of the other two which I didn’t want. They made excuses as to why there were no regular pretzel bites. How hard is it to make me some regular pretzel bites. It’s your job. They should all be fired. No napkins in my bag and the pretzel bites I did buy weren’t good. Unbelievable how hard it is to find some good service anywhere anymore. No way in hell did I tip these people. Took me longer to figure out how to not tip them than it did to swipe my card.

Whoever the thick indian women was taking our order was actually the rudest person I’ve even met. We asked for the small original pretzel bites and she gave the hot dog ones. After we had paid I pointed out to her that we wanted the original ones and she said those never existed. Then I pointed at the menu and said I want those ones. She then said oh you mean the nuggets with a snotty attitude turned around and asked how long they would be and told us 15 min. She then proceeded to throw the bag of hot dog bites on the counter and told us to take it so we did. We stood off to the side to wait for the other pretzels after a few minutes she proceeded to ask if we needed something. I then said yeah we’re waiting for the pretzels she then started exclaiming loudly that we had to pay since we took the other pretzels. (The ones she tossed on the counter towards us and ordered us to take. That we also ALREADY. PAID. FOR.) I told her that we had planned to pay after she gave us the original pretzel nuggets and she then proceeded to throw her hands up as if she had no idea what we were talking about and told us to do whatever we wanted. Then we left very annoyed and upset with a menu item we did not want to eat or pay for.

Never mind that they have a sign that says “baking 24/7” we showed up at 630 and we were told they “open at 7 “ we walked back at 7:05 and the same woman refused to take out her EarPods and told us to come back in at least 20 min like we were bothering her. Worst service. Just let this branch close.
