By far the rudest employees at this location. Constantly out of food, give you attitude when ordering, absurd pricing ($10 for a pretzel???).

If the bald overweight African-American woman is working don't even bother going. I can't imagine a pretzel employee could be more condescending and rude.

All the reviews are correct. The staff showed up late so they decided they didn't open until 630 even though the posted sign ON THE COUNTER said 600. There was a line of people so good job costing the location money. I'm really surprised corporate doesn't step in and look at this location.

It's a bog-standard Anne's stand, but they were able to serve a long line of customers quite quickly when I went there, very efficient!

The employees are rude and unprofessional at the C - gates location. There wasn’t even a line and they still make the customers feel like the biggest inconvenience to them.

Late - Had to go through line to get my pickup order. Wasn’t able to eat my food before boarding my flight, almost missed my flight.

I walked up to the counter to order but was told they wouldn't be open for 14 minutes. I went back 14 minutes later and they said it would be sux more minutes. No sign or anything. They were making pretzels, but there was already plenty for them to sell. No reason not to serve customers. I wonder how long they ended up being "closed" for and how much money they cost the company. I love Auntie Anne's, so this was a big disappointment.

Before I even said anything I got received with a terrible attitude. Arms crossed, head and look sideways, avoiding to look at me. Did not answer my "hi". He did not like my face I guess. Wanted a small pretzel nuggets, had only medium, I left without buy anything.
Everybody had headphones on, some Ipods someone else big head phone cask.

Can someone please have someone from Auntie Anne’s corporate visit this location. I observed so many health code violations with my own eyes yesterday evening. The employees were on their phones, cussing at customers. It was the most horrible customer service experience I’ve had at a fast casual/ pretzel spot in a long time. I tried calling but only received a busy signal. If you can avoid the urge please don’t patronize this location until their leadership addresses some serious customer service and sanitation issues.
