The employee who served me at 8:30AM on 1/23/26 appeared visibly miserable and was so unbelievably rude throughout the interaction, which made what should have been a quick, pleasant stop extremely uncomfortable for a polite, paying customer.

Overpriced and bad customer service. Visited around 8pm on 11/25/25 and was rudely told “no mini dogs” when I asked for an order of mini pretzel dogs. No apology or any nicety from the employee. Ended up buying a regular pretzel dog which was overcooked. Regret my purchase.

My name Jennifer pigram I was waiting on my ice I buy a pop a I am African American I am talking about a African American young lady fake hair wear glasses she took the tip jar like I was going to take money out of there I was the only black person in line I really feel some type of way mad as he'll teach your African American work how to act because that not Kool what he did thank you have a blessed tell the young lady lord help her soul stay blessed

According to Google Maps, this location is “open” at 6am, the guy behind the counter just ignored me (with AirPods in his ears), when I was asking if they’re open… the girl behind the counter told me they’d open in 20 minutes, which is 25 minutes late.

Just stopped by the one in Terminal 1 Concourse C at O'Hare. I never post reviews but the cashier was so unbelievably rude I decided to post a review. I then saw many other reviews about how rude some of the staff are.

They didn’t have the small size available. The large portion looked fine on top, but the bottom pieces were mushy and soggy—not fresh at all. Disappointing overall.
The lady servicing was very nice and helpful!

Pretzel was cold and stale, cashier was on her phone the entire time texting and didn’t look up once. Manager needs to fire their staff.

By far the rudest employees at this location. Constantly out of food, give you attitude when ordering, absurd pricing ($10 for a pretzel???).

If the bald overweight African-American woman is working don't even bother going. I can't imagine a pretzel employee could be more condescending and rude.

All the reviews are correct. The staff showed up late so they decided they didn't open until 630 even though the posted sign ON THE COUNTER said 600. There was a line of people so good job costing the location money. I'm really surprised corporate doesn't step in and look at this location.

Very rude polish woman..bad service

It's a bog-standard Anne's stand, but they were able to serve a long line of customers quite quickly when I went there, very efficient!

Kahlil was amazing he made sure everything was perfect and when I forgot something at the location he made sure to find me to return it!! Thanks for the hospitality and great service.

The employees are rude and unprofessional at the C - gates location. There wasn’t even a line and they still make the customers feel like the biggest inconvenience to them.
