I’ve visited this location twice now and both times have been unpleasant at best. Both times the workers acted inconvenienced by having to actually attend to customers.

Apparently they only accept cash 35 minutes before closing? Seems like the employees are probably stealing, cash transactions make that easier. Anyhow, I should have read these horrible reviews first anyway.

The employee I spoke with here is one of the rudest women I have ever come in contact with. I had just had an awful day of traveling, filled with delays and so much more. I hadn't slept properly in days and was exhausted. Even with all of that, I was kind. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you should take it out on others. Pretzels were good, I just probably wouldn't go back to this specific location.Edit: forgot to mention that they charged me for large nuggets and gave me a small. I didn't care to go back and ask for the large since I didn't want to literally be yelled at again.

The employees were very VERY rude. They clearly didn't want to be there and acted inconvenienced to be putting a pretzel into a bag and taking my money. I'm shocked. Plus the pretzel was burnt, but there was no way I was subjecting myself to more of their behavior to get a fresh one. All around horrible.

They were closing and only had 2 sweet almond pretzels left. At first I was disappointed as I love their salted pretzel with cheese, but thought I'd give it a try. I got the caramel sauce with it and it was really good! Can't wait until next time when I can get a fresh one!!! I have a new favorite - give it a try!!!

They open at 5. It's 8:30 and no one is there, even though they have everything all set to be made, and got their electronic signs on.
