This Auntie Anne's is located near Gates C17 and C18 in Concourse C - Terminal 1 at O'hare airport. It is open from 6am - 8pm daily, serving signature soft pretzels and other pretzel snacks at airport prices and airport quality. Had a cinnamon sugar pretzel ($6.50) recently while enduring a long layover at O'hare. Texture was beyond soft, it was mushy and even soggy in parts. Very upset! Rushing to get to next flight and get lied to because they knew this. Ordered a pretzel with salt git plane one. First time in ten years I ordered from you people and now reminded why

Landed in O'Hare and spotted Aunite Anne's, one of my favorite fast foods in the USA are the Mini Pretzel Dogs, loved them. Server was nice but as a British person, being asked for a tip on the credit card for somebody to give me a cup of pretzels is over the top.
