We arrived at 9:55 PM, but we were refused service because the employee said they were already closed and that she wanted to go home. It was very disappointing, especially since we arrived before the posted closing time. We expected to be served, but instead we were turned away. This was poor customer service and left us with a very negative impression.
Just ordered chicken fries - and got fries. Ordered mayonnaise - and got ketchup. Paid extra for these things - and didn't get those. Check your orders here! What a joke!
Burger King - close these scams if you can't operate those properly.
