The server on [Amy?] was so freaking nice and took care of us. Ordered the schnitzel burger and some buffalo boneless wings. She was lovely, kind and the place looked clean. Working in an airport restaurant can be rough and people give them such a bad wrap sometimes. I found this experience pleasant, warm and welcoming, those other reviews seem a little precious tbh. I’m rarely in Chicago, but was glad that we chose to eat there.
I arrived to eat at the place, and I was talking on the phone, the waiter rudely told me that the place was for his clients... he interrupted my call... please give a customer service workshop to your workers. Obviously I went to eat somewhere else and it turned out much better.

We had the Chicago Classic and the boneless wings.The wings were good and the burger, with angus and Italian beef, was excellent. Service was prompt and efficient. The environment is clean, well lit, quiet and calm, with generous seating. This is a great choice for families. Pricing is very reasonable for an airport. So glad we ate here--it is worth the walk.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry is completely flat, tables are easy to roll up to at a standard height, aisles are wide.
