Service was quick. However, the drink sizes are smaller than normal. The grande is at least 3 or 4 ounces smaller than a regular Starbucks and it’s more expensive. It was $7.35 for a “grande.”
Forcing people to submit mobile orders. Employee named Kay was super rude to me. They made me the wrong drink and she walked away from me while I was still talking. Her colleague then remade the drink.

I already have low expectations of fast food places these days, especially of any place at O’Hare. But can I at least expect someone to make what I ordered and paid for?
