Location wise its between H/K terminal food court. They are the only one after security check open 24/7 and so they don't care about customer service at all, and they still get desperate customers.
Early AM logner waiting in line, but using mobile app is really belasing. Staff working so hard as i noticed to give you food as quick as possible but it would be good if smiley face on them instead calling loudly with your order number. The coffee was so weak it had no flavor. The line moved fast, though.
I’m so annoyed I’ve never left a bad review but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a food place I ordered a marshmallow matcha the wouldn’t give it to me or make it and I was gonna miss my flight if I waited for them to get done talking they were disrespectful and the lady was giving me a terrible look

Dunkin' is a well-known brand with a convenient airport location. While the food can be as any other Dunkin' Donuts in taste, the service was cold. Employees visibly became irritated, wanting to be done as soon as possible even with a simple order. The Dunkin wrap and the Iced Dunkalatte were decent, but the signature doughnuts were mediocre, with the glazed doughnut tasting like cardboard. The restaurant maintains consistent flavor and prices, making it a choice for those in need of a quick bite.
