Great in and out spot for a light bite before your flight. Quick service and reasonable prices considering it is an airport. Having said that, my bagel was dense and not crunchy and coffee was just ok. Definitely not on par with bagel places I frequent in Metro Detroit.
For a filling lunch at the airport, I enjoyed the Great American Bagel. Service was quick and the price was reasonable, considering it's an airport and it's in Chicago. Not a place where you sit, so just grab and go to your gate. I'll come here again!

The lox bagel was ok, with a generous spread of cream cheese. The onion bagel itself was on the soft side and could use some more chew. What killed it was the drip coffee that tasted of old stale coffee. The carafes and coffee machine could use a deep clean.
