Only reason I give it 2 stars is because the food tasted fine. The cashier had his AirPods in and literally on his phone while talking to us taking our order. The frozen yogurt was very runny and the toppings were cross contaminated.

Do not waste your time. It’s filthy behind the counter. Very unsanitary. And the customer service is terrible. I called this location atleast 20 times looking for a receipt. And the phone just rung. I went to the location only to see the employees all sitting down on their phones. When I asked if they had a phone, I was told that they don’t have a phone. I then inquired about a receipt from last week in which I was told that they only keep receipts from the actual day of purchase. So you don’t have a phone, you can’t look up receipt’s, your pretzels are old and your customer service is bad? Why exactly are you open? Just terrible
