Do not waste your time. It’s filthy behind the counter. Very unsanitary. And the customer service is terrible. I called this location atleast 20 times looking for a receipt. And the phone just rung. I went to the location only to see the employees all sitting down on their phones. When I asked if they had a phone, I was told that they don’t have a phone. I then inquired about a receipt from last week in which I was told that they only keep receipts from the actual day of purchase. So you don’t have a phone, you can’t look up receipt’s, your pretzels are old and your customer service is bad? Why exactly are you open? Just terrible

The staff attitude is unacceptable. We ordered a small pretzel and she charged us a big one. We tried to ask for a refund and she said it is just a dollar difference. AND the pretzel is cold!

They tried to give me an old pretzel from the case, re dip it in the oil then add cinnamon sugar. No. Not how it’s suppose to be done . The guy who rang me out had a bad attitude.

I was talking to one of the workers letting her know that my pretzels didn’t have enough sugar on them , The guy with the low fade and crooked lining , Gone make a comment to me saying “We cant make everyone happy” ! That was very rude especially when i wasn’t talking to him or complaining about it to him!

Got the pepperoni nuggets & they weren’t good. Would highly recommend if you’re not getting sweet items to get sauce to go w/ it. They don’t taste good by themselves. It’s not worth $8.99 plus tax. Sauce should come w/ them. The whole time they played Mexican music, assuming that was being done because most of the employees looked Mexican. It’s not a Mexican restaurant, so I feel like the music selection should be more diverse.
