Dream come true for my daughter! Wonderful experience from start to finish. If it's your first time, it can be very overwhelming so I highly recommend making an appointment with a complimentary personal shopper. Ana was amazing and patient and knowledgeable. Truly a magical experience for my daughter and for the little girl in me. ❤️
Incredible experience! The look on the faces of both my daughter and my niece made this the highlight of our trip, though we weren't even planning on stopping in! The store itself is very large, excellent selection of American Girl products from various price points. Staff around to help you throughout are very friendly and definitely helpful.

Very fun family experience. However, most dolls and displays are behind glass and not able to be played with. The Cafe, which requires reservations, is delightful and provides seating for your doll too. The Cafe is allergy friendly and will make accommodations and substitutions if needed. The food is delicious, especially the mousse. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
