We are very disappointed. We came to ogilvie simply to get auntie Anne's pee their Google maps time before it closes and they were closed when we got there. That is not right.

This Auntie Anne's location is very similar to most every other one I've been to in any other hub of transportation. Except for the fact that this locations's staff was more than happy and willing to help get me the best deal possible. After a pretty rough day I stopped by to grab a bite before catching the train. I knew what I wanted and my order was placed with the friendly cashier. After entering my order she explained how I could get the meal deal, if I wanted, and essentially have a drink for pennies more. Not planning to even have a drink I agreed (as they do have some of the most amazing lemonade). She changed my order, handed me my food, and I was gone. While polishing off my snack I reflected on my experience: it was the best AA's visit I'd ever had. Friendly staff, who knows the menu, and an up-sell that actually made sense. Well done, AA's. This location is tough as I'm usually only catching the train on my morning or afternoon commute home. But I know Auntie is there when I need her.

I ordered from this Auntie Anne's on 500 W. Madison Street 3 times this week for work meetings and I have to say that they do an amazing job! I ordered their large trays of plain mini pretzels, cinnamon sugar mini pretzels, and mini dogs with a variety of different dipping sauces. Our employees absolutely loved them! I used GrubHub to order these, and I will be writing a separate review about that because it was such an awful experience. But Nannie from Auntie Anne's was so helpful (she also recommends using Door Dash instead so definitely do that instead of Grubhub if you're placing a delivery order)! Nannie would call and check in with me about my order, and call GrubHub when there's an issue with the delivery driver, and I feel like she did just as much as I did in trying to ensure that my order arrived correct and on time. She definitely went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate it. Please visit and/or order from this Auntie Anne's! They are great! Just don't use GrubHub.

Wow, here I am posting on Auntie Anne's Yelp reviews... what has life come to? Anyway, I love me some Auntie Anne's. I went here today at 5:53pm and once again no mini hotdogs were available for at least 15 more minutes (kinda the norm at this one but sad nonetheless). No big deal. I'm an adult and can survive through my sadness. Anyway, as I walk away I hear one of the workers say, "it's the exact same thannggg" referring to their full size pretzel dogs (again, how has my life become this?) in a very sarcastic way. She didn't mean for me to hear and was shocked when I turned around. Make mini pretzel dogs or change your menu. Don't treat customers like crap.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet because everyone already knows how good Auntie Anne's classic pretzels are (with the cheese sauce of course). Two words: mango lemonade!!!

I love Auntie Anne's & especially their cinnamon pretzels/ mini ones. I've been here twice which encouraged me to download the app! The service was really good, and my pretzels were delicious + hot. The prices are a bit different because it's downtown. However, I'm willing to pay the cost for it.

Great pretzels and friendly staff.

Obsessed with pretzels so no complaints about the food at all. No service complaints either, friendly people that take my order and give me my food, no reason to gripe.

Quick tasty eats, perfect for the commute.

This review is specifically for the service which I received from the young man behind the counter who was rude beyond words. He swiped my card, bagged my pretzel and promptly dropped it on his side of the counter while the receipt was still printing, then proceeded to walk away to lean against the counter and chat with his coworkers. Hello? Where's my receipt and pretzel? I am usually not super picky with service but come on!

Update your hours. It's 8:05, I wanted to grab a pretzel for my Metra ride home and was disappointed to see its closed. These hours say 9:00PM close time.

The pretzels are usually fresh but way too much parmesan topping was put on my pretzel and it was way too salty. On the other hand the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites are on point.

They moved to Navy Pier May 2012, BUT they have a store in Water Tower 7th level.
