We had an amazing visit 1/31. I brought some of my clients to celebrate our Fitness Challenge. The bar tender was our server. He was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Not to mention the food and wine pairing he suggested were delicious!

Very friendly staff through & through! My dad (a very traditional Greek) really enjoyed the lamb shank dinner so that says a lot. Thank you to all, it was a very good dinner & the Free Valet is a plus plus in the Chicago winter time!!

This location is beautiful. My 3rd or 4th time visiting. The brunch menu feels a bit limited, but the items on it are delicious. Attentive but not intrusive service. Will certainly be back.

The new seasonal menu is outstanding. The grilled octopus and red snapper were amazing. The new brussel sprouts side was excellent, as were the three starter spreads. Service was over the top, and getting a visit by the manager to check in was very professional. Ambiance was really nice. Great place to have dinner with friends or a business gathering. Bar had a nice crowd too.

My family and I went to The Avli during lunchtime. My experience was phenomenal. The restaurant is beautiful with a great view of the park. The service was impeccable. Beena was extremely friendly, great with the kids and anticipated our needs. We will definitely be back.

Avli currently is my favorite restaurant in all of Chicago. Tucked away in the delightful Lakeshore East neighborhood, it's like a hidden treasure smack dab in the middle of everything. The food is outstanding. The menu and wine list are varied and excellent. The food is delicious. The service is top notch - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, competent. That doesn't happen in this day and age. The decor and ambiance are suitable for a romantic evening, a business event, or a special occasion. Highly recommend.

I love Avli for lunch. The vibe is very chill. The ambience is lovely. The service is stellar. The view is charming. I just wish they would bring back the grilled cheese and tomato bisque special on the lunch menu. I crave it.

Loved the Greek appetizers, they were amazing, so I had high hopes for the entrées. Our group ordered a mix of dishes and tasted each other's plates. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't tender, and both the chicken and lamb were just okay. Overall, the entrées didn't really remind me of authentic Greek cuisine.
