Eggy's Diner Reviews
Great service and food!! It was nice, even having to wait 30 minutes for a table. They text you when you're up next, so you can go for a walk in the park and watch the dogs/puppies in the dog park and if you have kids there is a playground nearby in the park, too. They have gluten free options as well. The chicken and waffles were amazing!! Same with the orange juice!
Crowded for a good reason. Best breakfast I've had in the US so far. We came at 12:00 on a Saturday but didn't wait much as we were a small group.
Mr. Eggy thank you for making gluten free pancakes, they're one of the best I've ever had.
Portions are not huge for the price, but were just enough for us. Iced latte was pretty good too.
As far as breakfasts places go they are all. Mostly the same. Eggy’s stands out. The food was great and so was the service. If your in the area make it a point to stop by

Eggy's Diner is a spacious restaurant in Chicago known for large portions of breakfast and lunch. The menu offers a variety of choices, and the food is served quickly and tastes good. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a pretty large menu. It is a great spot for brunch, with quick service even during busy times, and is located near a lovely park. Customers recommend trying their full stack of pancakes, Florentine Crepes, Irish Skillet, and Cinnamon Roll Pancake, which are all tasty dishes. The cruffin, made with croissant dough and topped with frosting, is highly recommended. The service can be inconsistent, with some staff being more friendly and attentive than others. The kids' menu is yummy and has good portions, but there can be confusion with the orders. Overall, Eggy's Diner offers a nice breakfast experience with good value for the quality, though the prices are a bit high.
