Avli on the Park never misses, everytime the food is amazing and the service is world class! My favorites are the lamb chops and whole fish. Last time I had a red snapper to share with 3 people. We also had Greek salad and grilled octopus. Paired with a bottle of their Greek white wine in the blue bottle. It was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend when you deserve a "treat yourself night" or want to impress your out of town guest.

If you have not been to Avli and have thought about it, give it a try! The atmosphere is great, food is great regardless if your looking for a light salad to a carnavoir. But, I must point out one place that is not usually considered, the hostess. We live locally and have had the pleasure of speaking with Athena (the greek host ;)). The restaurant is always full. But she makes you feel special. She does everything she can to get you a reservation. At one point, I thought she must be the owner, as you don't always find an employee who goes above and beyond for a total stranger! In February, I made a reservation for my child and myself for Valentine's day. It was the first year without their father. I made the reservation, early January to ensure we had a spot. When I called to confirm a few days before, the reservation could not be found. Athena could have just said "sorry"! But instead she did everything possible and made it right. She did not know our situaton. We had such a great experience on Valentine's day that I had to thank her. I brought her flowers the next day and explained how important it was to me what she did. My family owns several businesses and I can only hope that our staff treats our patients the way Athena treats Avli's guests! A group of 9 of us, all foodies visiting from major metro areas with discerning tastes, had an amazing dinner at Avli! First, the setting of the interior is beautiful and we were seated in a private room with a fireplace. Service was outstanding with the perfect amount of attentiveness, and all of the waiters were extremely helpful with the menu. We ordered glasses of the white and red house wines, and they were both quite good, such that we got a whole bottle of red house wine. Our favorite dishes include the octopus, spanakopita, assortment of spreads with pita chips, and the moussaka. Chef came out to chat with us and told us the family history behind the spanakopita recipe. All in all, it was a great dinner experience!

3.5/5 Avli is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of hills and trees, and the large windows make it easy to take in the beauty outside. That might be the extent of what I truly liked about Avli on the Park. The pita and hummus were great, except the hummus was too salty. The lamb chop was pretty yummy, but too salty. There is a rather consistent repetition of dishes being way too salty for me to finish. I honestly enjoyed the nature of the dishes themselves, I just wish they weren't so salty.

Woo Woo food fantastic. Upgraded from last year. Kantaifi shrimp . Greek host! (ATHENA) On top of everything & everyone! Had to be a manager? Actually straighten out my utensils! Great experience

Nice place in a great location. The food was excellent, as always. But the noise level was off the charts loud. Impossible to hold any conversation without shouting at each other. They had a DJ and loud music. It was more like a dance club than a nice restaurant. It wasn’t like that in the past.

1st time @ Avli last year was average experience. Decided to return this year. All I can said is Woooooe! What a change! Lou Canelis hired a new Greek host who greeted my entire family and made sure our waiter was “on point” Her name is Athena. 2nd experience was incredible. The food was exquisite and Louie’s top host was even on top of our server.
Good food but horrible service. Our server was rude, uncaring and unavailable. The pork chop was excellent but the rest of the food was average at best. Did not try dessert because we were already into 2 hrs and the server was not available… spent about $500 for a party of 4 guests and it was not worth the price!!!
They were late seating our table and wouldn’t let us get drinks at the bar while we waited even though there was plenty of chairs open at the bar. Very odd

I went to Avli for lunch with my son I had hummus to start an ordered a fingerling potato salad with shrimp for my main course. It took forever to get our order taken, the server didn't mention his name and complained he was the only one on the floor. There was no contact with us and we had to waive the bartender down to get help! Finally the server comes 15 mins later, we said to cancel the order and he said 5 more mins. Trying to give a benefit of a doubt. We requested to have the food packaged to go to discover my order had meat and I ordered shrimp. The food was ok, the service was poor the ambiance was ok. They offer nothing complimentary for our inconvience.

We stopped by here for a quick lunch. They have a $25 three course lunch special. Food was delicious, ambiance stunning, & service top notch. Our server Dennis was knowledgeable with his recommendations. Would definitely be back. And their house Avli wine is some of the best I've had. Must try!

So let's start with how beautiful this place IS!!!!! Look I'm not a huge fan of Greek food BUT, i think my life has been change and flipped upside down!!!!! IM GREEK NOW!!! HahHah!!! The service was quick and efficient. The chef even came out to make sure everything was going well for us. There was a small mishap with the bill BUT it was taken care of quickly without an hesitation!!!! We just missed the happy hour by 5 minutes! We will be back for that!!!

The food is delicious, view and atmosphere is unique and lovely, service/staff is great, so why a 4?Well, I had planned to use some of the hundreds of InKind app dollars I’d been saving up and couldn’t use them due to this restaurant being in a cellular dead zone and their WiFi is unusable, so had to pay with a normal credit card. Such a disappointment. And staff was like, yeah, we know - we can sometimes get a signal in the bathroom, so you can try that. But no dice.Having decent WiFi should be a given these days, especially if people can’t get a hold of you if the restaurant you’re in is a cellular dead zone. I’m not sure what the deal is there.
