Honestly, we drove past it as the street side signage isn't prominent. Once we arrived, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We chose Avvio, not realizing the Sabatinos link, because of the housemade gnocchi. I'm a sucker for gnocchi! The baked clams, gnocchi, black manhattans, and apple tart were all delish. We will definitely be back.

A gem among the millions of Italian restaurants across Chicago. The food was delicious and I can't wait to try other dishes next time I'm here. I recommend the Veal Parmesan if you're unsure what to get!

Where do I start? This place is amazing. From the atmosphere to the food. You walk in and you feel like you are in a family restaurant. The food is ridiculously awesome. You get the bread, and you can then order pizza bread and an appetizer. The calamari is super tender and greatly flavored. Next is the soup or salad. You cannot go wrong with the stracchietella or minestrone, both are amazing. You can also get a salad! Then here comes the main course. You have to get the veal...
