Got the berkshire pork and chicken legs for dinner, as a person who doesn’t like too much sweet sauces I can confidently say I enjoyed all of them! The sauce was right on point, not too strong and brings out the best flavor of the meat. The owner and chef was nice enough to educate me on different sauces, meats, bbq techniques and food overall. Definitely coming back again.

Crackling pork belly, berkshire pork and pork riblets were all amazing. The super soy chicken thighs were also very good. Highly recommend the scallion ginger sauce and the soy sauce was also very tasty. All the meat was high quality and very well prepared. Highly recommend !

We just had a baby and a friend brought this to us as a part of our Meal Train. WHAT A TREAT! The pork and chicken were so succulent and tasty. Even our somewhat picky toddler loved the meat and rice! We will definitely be ordering from here in the near future.

One of the best BBQ in the area. You can tell by the time and craft the chef puts into the food because the crispy pork belly and short ribs were so good. The rub on the short ribs mmmm chef's kiss. Looking forward to coming back to try more items!

My wife and I love this place. They don't have a large menu, but what they do is very well done. Try the BBQ pork and pork belly. Some of the best in Chicago.

Any restaurant that wants to bring pork belly to the neighborhood is a-okay with me! The crackling pork belly and chicken wings were both delicious, and ordering/pickup were extremely quick and easy. Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu!

I'm so excited that Bambooque has finally opened! I am always in search of the perfect bbq pork and have definitely found it here. The amount of care the Bambooque people put into their food is evident in every single dish (and I've tried all of them). From the chicken wings to their ginger scallion sauce to their bbq pork and chicken. All of it is amazing and I know I'll be returning here again and again.

Came by this place during their first week opening. Very impressed with their commitment to using quality meats. Their grilled pork chops were delicious, I could taste the natural sweetness of the pork, reminded me of Iberico pork. The super soy wings had an amazing depth of complex flavors. Was also able to try their crispy pork belly, reminded me of those dedicated Chinese BBQ shops in Chinatown. Definitely a standout in this neighborhood. I heard they are still tweaking the final menu, so I will definitely go back to try. If owner see this, keep up the good work!

What can I say beside delicious.... Had the pleasure of experiencing some of there menu last week (crackling pork belly, the signature chicken, chicken wings and the king mushroom) and everything we had was so full of flavor. The portions are so generous you’ll have left overs. Ordering/pick was so easy that. I can’t wait to try some of their other items.

Bambooques' chef catered a 10 person gathering for us on short notice. The portions were spot on and the care James took in assembling our food for our Sunday staff meal demonstrated the passion for their food. Chicago is guided by it's food establishments and this new spot is carving it's own path. I recommend trying all their meats and that green onion-ginger sauce on steamed rice is pure ecstasy.
