The Baptiste & Bottle it's often crowded, Fri & Sat you have to wait for a table, and occasionally the manager encourages you to finish up in order to turn a table. But the food is damn good, especially the lamb sliders, the charcuterie with crostini and the tuna tartare and they have not increased their prices in many years. Although their food selections are slim, everything on the menu is well thought out and delightful.

The food was great and our waiter Luis was nice and helpful with giving us his recommendations as to what to order.

Held our office Xmas Party at Joane - the best place & the best food I've ever had the pleasure of organizing a party at. Vere is wonderful! He is so helpful, so nice and just made my planning so easy.

The view from the 20th floor is beautiful of the Chicago skyline. The coffee is a wonderful blend that smells and tastes amazing. The omelet is huge and fluffy. The eggs Benedict are unique as the Hollandaise is whipped, light, and fresh with good lemon flavor without being overwhelming. The only thing that lacked was the service seemed to be short staffed and we had to wait quite a bit each time we needed our server.

Worth it for the views alone.

A wonderful selection of whiskies scotches and Bourbons and some very well-made and very flavorful food that I think is actually kind of undersold because of the focus on the alcohol but rest assured that if you come here to eat you will not be disappointed. The thing I like the most about this place is the atmosphere and the view

In the Conrad hotel is a hidden little gem of a restaurant we went for family brunch on a saturday but should have planned better (i.e. not drunk so much on friday). they had, what looked like, a terrific bloody mary and mimosa bar but we simply were not in the mood. we had four different a delicious main courses; each hitting the respect spot. my eggs benedict was very credible and the egg white omelette was huge. the skillet was for the hearty eater and you were not leaving hungry from this and the bagel was a meal in itself. really tasty coffee - a must for a good brunch.

Tom was an incredible waiter who seemed to know exactly who we are given the perfection of his recommendations. He said they have the best old fashioned in the city and I believe it. It was divine!

It is one of the hidden gems of Chicago. The view is of Michigan Ave. The room is as classy as can be. Our waiter, Steve, was on top of everything and set the standard for cool. The food was outstanding. My wife's Monkfish was amazing. We could not have had a better Valentine's Day dinner.

Okay, I can not really describe how happy I was to spend money in this restaurant. Every single cent spent was worth it. The service was amazing!!!!!. Steve and muhammed, if you are reading this. Thank you once agin for an amazing night and great food. And let's not even talk about the view( no amount of characters is enough to describe it). Okay I'm done now. This is a must visit !!!!

Come for the DIY bottomless mimosa/Bloody Mary bar and the views! We really enjoyed the bar and all the toppings/juices you could add to your drink, plus they are really strong. The food is just ok, but a good base to soak up all the champagne and vodka!

I can't speak to the service or the food because we never even got seated! We arrived for a 1:15 reservation for three people and when the host finally came back to the podium at roughly 1:20 he "couldn't find our reservation". He rudely asked us to have a seat and wait. I looked up the reservation on my phone to show the host, and when I asked about it he says to me "well you were late". I thought you couldn't find my reservation?!?!? We asked if we could take a seat at one of the clearly open tables in the middle of the restaurant and and we were told they didn't open until 2pm. Not even 5 minutes later another party, who arrived after we did, got sat in those exact tables. It was about 1:30. At that point we cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere. I have never experienced such a blatantly rude host. For such a high end place, the service doesn't match.

I wish we would have made it here in time for brunch.. . We arrived at about 2:37pm so we totally missed it (ended at 2). We decided to stay, enjoy the view and have a few fancy cocktails. Yep, cocktails at 2pm, we were pregaming for the night. We were seated literally where the two models are sitting on the Baptiste and Bottle website, by a mini bar cart. The exact same spot so our view to Michigan Avenue was killer. Our server came by, very straight to the point, not very friendly and definitely in the business of making sure you ordered drinks and or food. We ordered a few Coup de Jour cocktails for our first round of drinks. My date wanted a whiskey or bourbon drink and I mentioned to him there was a flight available that sounded pretty cool. The waiter quickly corrected him when my date mentioned the word "tasting". He said "No sir I can not let you TASTE anything on the menu at all" very snidely. I corrected the server by saying "Oh, no we aren't interested in a taste test, I'm mentioning to him that there is a flight available which essentially is a tasting." DUH like really dude? We decided to ignore his chip and ordered another round of drinks. Things started to look up a bit with his personality. Perhaps he needed to warm up to his patrons? I don't know. I then asked for the "Hale Caesar" When I quickly once again got corrected by the waiter "Ah no that is not Hale that is a Kale Caesar" Well excccccuuuuse me! The menu looks to have a darn "H" in place of the "K" to sort of give a play on the term Hail Ceasar is what I was thinking. But what do I know, I don't serve food at this place I'm just here ordering a chicken salad and plenty drinks? Shrugs... Check out the snapshot of the menu, does that look like a Kale or Hale Ceasar Salad to you? LOL LOL I will be back to try the brunch menu but ahh if we see this older gent with white hair wearing glasses as our server, we will ask to be seated somewhere else.
