Starbucks Reserve Roastery Reviews
Had better matcha elsewhere but it's not surprising when it's mostly a tiktok famous place with long waiting time. I do recommend experiencing it for yourself.
Great recipes and drinks
I left my car keys when we had coffee earlier in the day. After realizing what happened we returned to the branch to ask if they happened to have found them. Thank you to the whole staff especially the manager Tony and Kimberly from security for helping us despite the busy crowded day. Crisis averted! Thank you so so much to the whole team at ☆|R. 🙏

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chicago provides a unique and immersive coffee experience across five floors, including a seasonal rooftop. This expansive location features a variety of gourmet coffee selections, flatbreads, desserts, and merchandise. Visitors can enjoy the fresh coffee aroma and sample special roasts, coffee flights, and artisan drinks, including the notable avocado toast and a coffee martini flight. While the rooftop may feel small and not particularly worth it, the other floors are spacious, allowing customers to comfortably enjoy their coffee.
The Roastery offers a diverse array of hot and cold beverage options for coffee enthusiasts, with many single-origin coffees available, including one aged in whiskey barrels. Although there may be a queue to enter, it usually moves quickly, allowing customers to take part in tasting sessions that deepen their appreciation of delicious coffee. The staff is friendly and welcoming, enhancing the enjoyable experience. Prices tend to be higher, similar to other Starbucks locations, but many feel the cost is justified for the experience. Exclusive merchandise is available for those interested, and even non-coffee fans are encouraged to visit, making it a must-visit destination in Chicago.
