The manager Redd was polite, helpful, and patient, especially when handling a large order with special requests during peak time. The positive attitude and going above and beyond is also seen in a staff member named Adrianne, who is a terrific asset. Customers enjoyed an iced matcha latte with liquid syrup, which was smooth and refreshing with a clean matcha flavor. Other drinks included the Summer - Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refresher, which was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, a strawberry cream Frappuccino that was creamy and smooth, a double chocolate chip cream Frappuccino that was a chocolate lover’s dream, and a Mocha cookie Frappuccino with a great texture. The service was quick, the drinks were made correctly, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming.
