I had a simple doctor’s appointment at 259 E Erie with a family doctor and LSW from outer space. I could not get a cab out of that building. There is absolutely NO service in that high rise. But at Starbucks next door as crowded as it is you get a Chai latte or a cup of dark roast as you lick your wounds from being treated like a retarded personality. The slowest Starbucks I've been to. There was one employee taking orders, one heating up the food and the other making drinks as possible. It took me over 20 minutes to get an iced black coffee, though the barista did apologize for the long wait.
