We had dinner, beakfast and drinks/ apps here and the food and service were excellent each time. French fries were best ever....feeling guilty but impressed!
A bit on the pricey side for what it was...I did not expect Belgium waffles to be offered how they were delivered...i.e. waffle cone taste and consistency outside with a doughy inside, with crumbles of cinnamon sugar atop and strawberries for toppings. Just too rich, and oh yeah whipped cream as well. Eggs, oh man...I don't know what was different but DAYUMMM they were awesome!
Actually surprisingly good food. And the service is so attentive and friendly. If you’re staying at the Hyatt you won’t be disappointed just staying in-hotel and enjoying The Bridge.
