Crowded!!! Middle of the afternoon out of season, still 15 minutes line to order and around 10 to use the bathroom.Overpriced, tiramisu was 11.50$ other Italian restaurants with fresh desserts nearby can offer more authentic.Service was fast and standard, nothing to complain. Considering how crowded it was always, the store was pretty clean. Which surprises.

Such an awesome experience. I recommend going during the weekdays (less busy). The food is amazing and holds way more than your normal Starbucks. The vibe is great

This is, by far, the best Starbucks I have ever visited in the US, mainly because of the quality of the food. Bakery is incomparable to any other Starbucks location. The raisin & pistachio girella and the classic brioches are incredible! The terrace is perfect for spring and summer days.

Highly recommend! It can get pretty busy. Going early can help avoid long waits ☕️❤️

I loved this place, it is beautiful but if it is quite busy you have to wait in lines to buy, not so long but there are quite a few people but that does not take away the 10 out of 10 from this place

Here for work conference and want to try this place.1st it’s overpriced, over crowded and very messy inside.A lot of trash everywhere and staff won’t even care.If you like Starbucks it’s better to get your coffee in their regular brick n mortar store. You’ll get better service with out the overpriced markup due to the name “Reserve “

We were serviced in plastic cups while everyone around us had ceramic cups. Was the staff asking us to leave as they did think we fit in?Music too loud to carry on a conversation. My friend's coffee wasn't as ordered.

Definition of a tourist trap. Stood in line for 15 minutes to find out that I needed to stand in another line to get the coffee I wanted. No employees could explain anything to me unless I was at a register and they could try to coax money out of me.Honestly? Kma Starbucks.

Very busy. Employees acted like drones, no interaction with customers. My orders was mislabeled and I waited forever to get an Americano because it had the wrong name attached.

There is a very pleasant atmosphere. While you enjoy the coffee of your choice, you can observe the city panorama or check your social networks.
