Great views and drinks! Loved that tbh existed as a supplement to other tall buildings we got to visit. It was less crowded overall and had more views of the city.

This place was super crowded. No where to sit, no where to take photos. People going in and out of slots to take photos. Bar service was slow and servers not very nice. You have to ask for the souvenir cup otherwise they won't give it to you. We went during the 7:30 time slot so we could see the sunset. When you could see, it was beautiful. I dont think there is a time limit. I wouldn’t go again for the price. Not worth it if you cant get a place to sit at the bar windows looking out.

The truth is that the experience was a disaster, the staff was unfriendly, I went for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a disappointment, I would rather go to a museum and be bored than have a good time 19 seconds inclined, but the staff is a disaster... evil

Chicago360 is a great spot, but the real gem there is Shadee—the most AMAZING bartender ever! Not only does she craft incredible drinks, but her energy, attentiveness, and genuine care for her customers make the experience unforgettable. Shadee goes above and beyond, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. She’s truly the heart of the bar, and her talent and personality shine through in every interaction. Can’t wait to come back for another round with Shadee behind the bar!

Shadee was AMAZING!! We are visiting the city and she gave us great recommendations and they ended up being so fun! She was also very friendly! Definitely recommend stopping and chatting to her at Cloudbar!

Jake from the cloud bar was the best bartender I’ve experienced. I’m from out of town and he gave me so many good recommendations. The drinks was 10/10 his vibe and energy was everything he deserves a raise :)
