The truth is that the experience was a disaster, the staff was unfriendly, I went for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a disappointment, I would rather go to a museum and be bored than have a good time 19 seconds inclined, but the staff is a disaster... evil

Chicago360 is a great spot, but the real gem there is Shadee—the most AMAZING bartender ever! Not only does she craft incredible drinks, but her energy, attentiveness, and genuine care for her customers make the experience unforgettable. Shadee goes above and beyond, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. She’s truly the heart of the bar, and her talent and personality shine through in every interaction. Can’t wait to come back for another round with Shadee behind the bar!

Shadee was AMAZING!! We are visiting the city and she gave us great recommendations and they ended up being so fun! She was also very friendly! Definitely recommend stopping and chatting to her at Cloudbar!

Jake from the cloud bar was the best bartender I’ve experienced. I’m from out of town and he gave me so many good recommendations. The drinks was 10/10 his vibe and energy was everything he deserves a raise :)

The bar was cozy and warm (and free) a few years ago. Became a 50 dollar tourist trap with a filthy cocktail in an airport hall atmosphere. The view remains very nice, but spoiled by everything else. To flee.

For somebody who isn't afraid of heights, I think the tilt may have changed that but this was a place I'd definitely go back to.
Definitely a unique experience with an amazing view. Speaking of amazing, the drinks at the bar were exactly that. Had the pleasure of meeting Shadee and Dilan, who I later found out have a huge influence on the menu! These are not your standard simple drinks, these guys added their own twist to some of the drinks on the menu. The few drinks I got to try were really good and plan on going back to try some more! Thank you again for the great experience.

ClouBar is a fantastic spot with stunning city views. The atmosphere is classy and vibrant, perfect for a night out. The drinks are excellent, and the service is friendly. Definitely worth a visit for a memorable evening!
