This place was super crowded. No where to sit, no where to take photos. People going in and out of slots to take photos. Bar service was slow and servers not very nice. You have to ask for the souvenir cup otherwise they won't give it to you. We went during the 7:30 time slot so we could see the sunset. When you could see, it was beautiful. I dont think there is a time limit. I wouldn’t go again for the price. Not worth it if you cant get a place to sit at the bar windows...

Chicago360 is a great spot, but the real gem there is Shadee—the most AMAZING bartender ever! Not only does she craft incredible drinks, but her energy, attentiveness, and genuine care for her customers make the experience unforgettable. Shadee was AMAZING!! We are visiting the city and she gave us great recommendations and they ended up being so fun! She was also very friendly! Definitely recommend stopping and chatting to her at Cloudbar!
