Bar Louie -University Village

I’m a regular here and I come all the time for happy hour. They have a new drink raspberry lemonade martini comes with Grey Goose and gin. My server was a young lady asian descent. The manager stated that she has only been working there for two weeks. I found out that the young lady was not making my martinis with Grey Goose. She was making it with Eddie V. I was wondering why my liquor didn’t taste like anything. I had two martinis and I was not tipsy or anything so the young lady told me that yes we did not have no grey goose. I informed her that she should’ve notified me that way I could’ve picked a different drink. So once my bill came, which I have no problem with paying it, I asked for the manager because I was a little upset that I was not paying for what I asked for. The manager, Mary Told me to report the girl on yelp so they cannot have these problems anymore. And she also told me that the drink was made correctly. So I said how can a drink be made correctly when the girl stated in her coworker stated that they did not have no more Gray goose. So someone is telling a story turns out it was the manager. She does not like the girl and so I am writing this review because that was wrong you’re supposed to have your employees back and you’re supposed to accommodate your customers but instead she wanted me to report the good young lady instead of just apologized for the confusion. And so I asked young lady did you tell your supervisor that you didn’t give me any Eddie V instead of Grey Goose she said no I told her the truth.

Went for happy hour they suck food service suck all the way from the security to the waitress to the bar tender never be back 👎👎👎👎👎👎 need bar

Waiting 40+ minutes to close out. Only one bartender working a group of 20 at the bar. And she kept randomly disappearing.

Wouldn't recommend if you're from out of town or if you and your party have IDs that look slightly different (even when they're real and very legal IDs), manager will question you with a snarky attitude. I understanding IDing, however it was a bit extreme considering. Server seemed nice though!

An absolutely ridiculous establishment. I would never step foot in this building again. Was questioned for about 10 minutes about my id when i am clearly of age. Then was asked if i had any other form of id, if you live here or are from out of town i would highly recommend not coming here.
