I have been wanting to do here ever since I moved into the area 1.5 years ago. This space was special to me as it has previously been my favorite restaurant in all of Chicago, Atlantique. When that place closed down I was very sad and hoped something great would take its place.
I'm not sure if Bar Roma was the immediate replacement but this was so good!
I went for happy hour as the menu looked pretty damn good. Their full menu looks great as well.

DELICIOUS. Potentially the greatest meatballs I've ever had. I plan to eat almost everything here at some point; that's how good it was (though I'd say skip the Cacio e Pepe pasta). Drinks were great, too. We had a party of 11 the first time I went, but the servers had an efficient setup that made it less chaotic than it could have been. They were very pleasant. Excited for my next meal here!

Bar Roma is one of the best Bar and italian restaurants in Chicago serving refined food and amazing cocktails in a wonderful atmosphere. Excellent Service.
