Employees were cold and distant. The service not rude but not welcoming and definitely gave a demeanor they don’t want customers or people . Let’s just say I won’t be back and I didn’t sit down to eat .

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Jimmy John’s 5109 n Clark. After spending my hard\-earned money as a paying customer, I was made to feel disrespected and belittled when all I was trying to do was use the restroom\.

$12 for JUST a Turkey Tom sandwich has made sure that’ll be the first and only time I’ll ever patronize this and other Jimmy John’s. Taste of Lebanon around the corner gives you a shawarma wrap, with extra chicken, for just over $10. Outrageously greedy.
