Booked a large table outside since it was nice. Fortunately we were able to be seated. However, server was fairly inattentive. Multiple times, we've had to look for her to order drinks/food. Appetizers were tiny. We wanted to order more, but given how slow they came, we went straight to the mains. That took time to come out & even then, serving sizes were small. I decided to order some more, but the additional order never showed up. We weren't offered a dessert menu or if we wanted more drinks/food. I thought it's just an “off” day and they were probably slammed. To my surprise, no. Inside was empty. Overall, this was a subpar experience. What made it good was having the room to bring a big party.
I want to remember not to return. We were seated outside. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Bees were on attack while we sat there. The water tasted funky. None of us could finish our order of two tacos each as our stomachs started to ache. It was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time.
Went for brunch. Good menu options, tasty cocktail. Service was really slow, like they could have used one more server. But the server was a nice guy. Also, the music was too loud.
Atmosphere: 8/10 Overall, a good experience AND dog friendly! We dined outdoor on a Sunday evening and it was not crowded at all, which gave my group some good, quality time to catch up. Our waitress was really nice and answered our questions on the menu items. She frequently checks in on how we are doing. Food: 8/10 I 100% recommend the Pulpo dish (octopus) and the queso fundido fuego (cheese fondue) with mushroom. Both are very tasty and just what I was expecting. The fondue isn't really a “fondue” (think a tower with running melty cheese), it was brought out in a shallow pan with melted cheese, along with mushroom and hummus on top. Drinks: 10/10 Great variety of drinks! We had the hibiscus margarita and cucumber margarita. First timer with cucumber flavor and it was surprisingly good! Very refreshing and great for the summer heat. In general, I thought the food was a bit overpriced, but given the location and environment of the resto, I still recommend to try it out!
Food and experience couldn't be better if you tried! Only thing that makes this place even more special is the fantastic owner, Mario.

Went to try the new drink ‘Catch a Buzz' and it was great! A very refreshing drink that I enjoyed so much I got 2 and then of course the cucumber margarita since it was happy hour! We grabbed some tacos and guacamole and were able to enjoy the breeze outside since the weather had cooled down. Great time overall!
Great margharitas in a variety of flavors with really good happy hour prices. Awesome service aswell.

Bar Takito is a reliable go-to with friends - the foods really good - I got the mushroom tacos and we split the salsa trip - and the margaritas are delicious and not too sweet. Unfortunately the service this time around wasn't the best. The server was really nice and you could tell he was trying his best. It seemed like they put everyone outside and didn't supplement additional servers so the few that were working the outside tables were scrambling to keep up. Drinks took a while but the food, once we were able to order, came quickly. Regardless of the slow service this time around, bar takito is a great spot for drinks and dinner with a friend, a date, or even large groups.
We had a fantastic dinner with friends at Bar Takido last night. Our server, Emily was FANTASTIC and made excellent recommendations. Thank you for a fun venue, with outdoor seating and delicious meals. We will return!

This place was great and the food was pretty cheap as well for the area. The two tocos with a small bowl of rice and beans for $12 is pretty good. The flavour and types of taco’s were delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful to help with finding new things to do in the area.

This place is the best. I got my wallet stolen right off our table by a third party not associated with the restaurant and immediately the staff and management jumped into action. They did everything they could to help!! I highly recommend this place and their service is outstanding. Not to mention their food is delicious!!

Stopped in for margaritas at Bar Takito. The margaritas were tasty and with 10/10 presentation, but my cocktail was filled with ice to the top. The bartender was great and made our second round better after we mentioned it. We didn’t get to try their food since there are no vegetarian options on the menu. We otherwise would have stayed a bit longer since the music ambience, and crowd was fun.

Great food and service. A fun take on elevated Mexican. The outside patio is also beautiful in summer.
