Made a trip to this restaurant on 4/25/25 @7pm only to find out its closed. Hours of operation on the door said open. Their google page said (and still today 4/28/25) open. Please be transparent about your hours, and if your closed please update your hours online.
It was not even open and the order went through!😱

Super recommended place, the DJ and bartender A1. The attention and music are very good. I went 2 days in a row and the experience was unique each day.

I have been going to this place for 10+ years. Service was awful this last time I went. Would have ordered more if the server was actually paying attention to us. Also, no matter what cook you ask for the steaks are always overcooked.
Overpriced and underwhelming. Bad experience overall. We made a reservation and mentioned it was a birthday and they didn't even acknowledge it. The steak was half the size that they had pictured on OpenTable then the steak had 0 flavor. I don't mind paying for steak but this was bad and I will never be back.

Too expensive and not worth it. Food was ok, but the portions were small and overpriced. Music was too loud and didn’t let us hear each other. Not worth it.

I had understood that it is an “Argentine” bar but the truth is, the atmosphere is nothing like that; I was there for 4 hours and only reggaeton and Mexican music played, I like this music but if I go to an Argentine bar at least I want to listen to something that transports me to this country (Tangos - Rock) it seems to me that these places like this lose the essence of what what they are and why people go to these places, the food in general terms is very good!
The best place for any Argentine event

I Recently visited Barra ñ (July 5th) and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Coming from someone who loved this place and hadn’t been there in almost a year, it was quite a letdown.
Upon arriving, I was excited to have gnocchi and some other items from their menu, only to be told that most of them were unavailable. When I inquired further, the staff casually mentioned that they hadn't had a fridge for over a week! I tried to end the night by ordering just a simple cake dessert. To my surprise, no desserts were available either!
Not only did this severely limit our dining options, but it also raised serious concerns about the freshness and safety of the food they did have. The lack of basic kitchen equipment like a fridge suggests a significant lapse in food handling standards.
To make matters worse, there was a terrible sewage smell emanating from the rear of the restaurant. It was so overpowering that it made the dining experience even more unpleasant.
I expected a pleasant dining experience but left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place until they can ensure a fully stocked menu, proper food storage, and address the foul odor issue!
