The woman helping me blew her nose but didn’t wash her hands with soap. She used water and I’m pretty sure it was cold. Why would anyone think it’s ok to serve food and not use soap?? 👎🏽👎🏽

this was the worst ice cream experience I've ever had. the cookie dough tasted like it was laying around in dust, then was put in a freezer for 10+ years an served to me. it makes no type of sense how someone thought that was acceptable to serve. absolutely vile! 😭

No matter how many times they get your order wrong (I'm currently on my third wrong order, 45 minutes later and only person in here) they will not refund you. Bad service, worse business practices.

Don't even bother. Oh and if you order on doordash, they'll confirm the order but when the dasher gets there they claim to not have the items.... Um then get off doordash? Or maybe don't confirm the order? TERRIBLE.

Just ordered a HOT FREAKING FUDGE 2 Scoop Sunday again! Sometimes I get real hot fudge, but most the time I get their nasty bitter chocolate syrup that makes my stomach hurt on it after I specifically ask for hot fudge. So frustrating and end up throwing most my ice cream away. Waste of money, time and effort.

My friend wanted ice cream I went with wanted to try one flavor to see if I wanted it and she said I could not try it. That’s not cool. My friend paid 5 bucks for a cone and when you can go across the street to the grocery store and for the same price get a hole thing for that price.

They customer service here is terrible. The “manger” was talking over me. I was communicating that the tea in my bag ripped and there was no honey or sugar in my drink. Eventually, I didn’t care about the tea. It was about how she was talking.

Was waiting 1.5 hrs for Uber Eats order and when I finally called to check in, they told me they were out of what I ordered. When I asked why no one told me, they said it’s uber’s fault. The Indian gentleman I talked to, offered no apology and was rude beyond words. Terrible service and very little care for customers here.

This location is inside of Dunkin Donuts. I like trying new flavors of Ice Cream. And I was searching for another flavor. The clerk said each store is different when it comes to certain flavors. I told her which one but they didn't have that one. Cool let's try this one which I pointed to. It's called UBE is a purple yam. They come in shades of white to purple. They come from the Southeast Asia, Philippines etc. This is UBE Coconut Swirl Ice Cream and now my new friend. I have seen Ube Boba/Bubble Tea in few Bubble Tea shops in the area and wonder what it tastes like. Now, I know not to pass this up. Ube has a sweet taste and the coconut helps the sweetness the sweet cream marries both flavors which is a great combination.Plus, I never had this before. I just pointed to it. Next time I'll have this as a Ice Cream Shake. Yep, Its that good... They had a NEW flavors like Breakfast In Bed- Golden Hour- Watermelon Burst Sorbet- Non Dairy Mint Chocochunk- Ube Coconut Swirl

Unreal! I ordered 4 items an hour ago on Uber eats. They had the Uber eats driver drive there and wait for nothing and after made the driver call me to tell me that they don’t have half my order. THEY COULD HAVE JUST CANCELLED IT without wasting my time and the Uber drivers time!!!! We called them and told the Indian guy that we could barely understand to cancel. They still didn’t cancel it after he said they would. Had to contact Uber eats customer service to cancel this. Totally incompetent people working at this joke of a place. Get a different job if you don’t know how to fulfill orders!
