The indian ladys working at 3pm are rude and do not follow the formula to make drinks . Asked nicely to remake my drink because it was more ice than anything and she came back with the same drink talking about these are the measurements. Mam i get the same drink every time. What is up with your employees do better.does that look like an oreo cappuccino blast to you? Its as light as the whip cream

Left my CC hanging in their reader the entire time while I sat in drive-thru twiddling my thumbs then proceeded to try and hand me my order before my CC. When I asked for my CC first he claimed it didn't go through and ran it again. I got home to log into my account to find duplicate charges pending on my bank account. I called the establishment and they wanted me to drive to the location again with my receipt like it proves they charged me twice. Now I am having to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone with my bank to have a unnecessary 30 dollar charge removed from my account. Done with them.
