Left my CC hanging in their reader the entire time while I sat in drive-thru twiddling my thumbs then proceeded to try and hand me my order before my CC. When I asked for my CC first he claimed it didn't go through and ran it again. I got home to log into my account to find duplicate charges pending on my bank account. I called the establishment and they wanted me to drive to the location again with my receipt like it proves they charged me twice. Now I am having to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone with my bank to have a unnecessary 30 dollar charge removed from my account. Done with them.

How do I come in your store without so much as basic acknowledgement and a simple explanation that maybe you're busy and you'll be with me shortly, after more than two minutes? I know with this economy in recovery you can do better than that.

Every time I stop in the employees are really friendly. They even gave me a cup of water for my dog that was outside with my boyfriend.
Stopped in for a cold brew coffee and service was quick and friendly. Normal Dunkin Donuts coffee.
