If you haven’t been to Uni Uni, you are seriously sleeping on this spot! Stopped in looking for something refreshing, and Steve hooked it up with elite customer service. He took the time to explain the menu, breaking down all the flavor profiles and sweet levels so I knew exactly what I was getting. That kind of main character energy and genuine care is so rare!

I tried the taro milk tea as this is my gauge but it tasted like the powdered kind. The service was friendly as well as fast. Bit I’ll probably not order Taro there again.
I love this specific location of Uni Uni because the staff are sweet and helpful. Today I walked in and the store was pretty empty except for an employee and a man who I think was a supervisor or manager. He was loudly berating his employee because she said he shouldn’t allow people to come in after closing and continue to order when they need to close the store and be out on time.
