“So came across this place on my walk and love boba tea so I stopped in. I got the chicken sandwich and fries for a great deal ($8) and I must say I’m very impressed. The sandwich taste fresh, I got less spicy spice level and the chicken is nice and juicy. The sandwich has some really good flavor. Not hard at all which I love cause I hate getting sandwiches with hard chicken. I paired with a spicy mayo.

“Talk about an amazing stop while on the go!! So many delicious drinks! Highly suggest the Brûlée ube organic milk drink, with oat milk!!

“So happy I stumbled upon this place! I ended up coming here two separate times during a weekend trip because I liked it so much. The first time I got the classic banh mi and an oolong milk tea. The banh mi had the perfect ratio of toppings and I had no complaints with it. The milk tea was a little sweet for my taste, so next time I think I would ask for less sugar. The second time I came I tried the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken skewers. The fish sauce is garlicky and spicy and everything tasted fresh. They also have sugarcane juice which was delicious. The service here is excellent and the staff is so friendly! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to try more of their menu.“

“Rejoice! The place for some great Chinese teas had arrived near you! Yes, it does share the fad with the Taiwan born boba drinks. But our eye was caught by the nice website with images of nice teacups and ambiance. Only 23 miles away from home we discovered that the trip in a hot and still pandemic day was totally worth it. In few words owner, Shaolong picked the teaist vibes in us and offered us a great real experience of sharing a favorite tea - he introduced us to the wonders of Zhang Ping Shui Xian (漳平水仙). Unlike the real "black tea", the Pu-erh, this one also comes in bricks, yet is a type of oolong with an amazing floral scent. We were honored with 4 different samples which we are currently slowly and thoroughly testing (3 pics). And yes, the fermentation levels are different - some definitely will give you a great oolong taste, but others are just a unique elixir on its own. But back to the house itself. I see and hope for great unrolling potential. This could become a place for tea lovers and teaists in training. Why not theme days, classes, shared experiences, a club? We would join. The 23 miles are a drive, but there isn't much of a real tea-drinking place in our Chicagoland (unlike smaller cities in North America like Portland and Montreal). However, Living Water Tea House is a great promise and it totally won our full support! Keep the cups warm!“

“People are missing out on this spot coz it's a bit further in than the other bubble tea spot. But they have real good drinks ang bingsu. Their bingsu is not just shaved ice, it's layers of flavors. We got the mango bingsu and we had the mango shaved ice, chunks of mango, some jelly, and even some mango puree at the bottom. For the drinks, would recommend the Taro Coconut Matcha. Their coconut pudding topping is also real good. The Tiramisu Milk Tea is not too sweet.“

“I love this specific location of Uni Uni because the staff are sweet and helpful. Today I walked in and the store was pretty empty except for an employee and a man who I think was a supervisor or manager. He was loudly berating his employee because she said he shouldn’t allow people to come in after closing and continue to order when they need to close the store and be out on time. He insisted that respect goes both ways and cited employees reading or being on their phones while it was slow. It was pretty disappointing to hear someone of authority equate these two actions when one forces employees to do extra labor and one is relatively harmless. The drinks I ordered came out quickly and the girl behind the counter was the sweetest. I hope their managers treat them better.“

“The service was great. I enjoyed a Brown Sugar Milk Tea made by Octavian. They were the only worker at the time and were managing all the orders well. Despite being busy Octavian took the time to tape my drink up so I could carry it in my bag. Will visit again!“

“It's a convenient bubble tea shop inside of The Shops at North Bridge mall. The order kiosk is user friendly and easy to use. The drinks can be customized for individuals who have dietary needs. Highly recommend this place for bubble tea if you visit the Shops at North Bridge mall.“

“Favorite place to get boba tea!“

“been here a few times, each is better experience that the last, attempt to try most of their items on menu. So far, my favorite is their Mango smoothies with cloud cheese, as drink. Their cloud cheese is really good and a balance of salty taste with the sweetness of the mango, the tapioca in the drinks is plentiful but not overpowering the water content. I had it in other Chinatown restaurants, some had too many tapiocas that my teeth were tired chewing them. Cuckoo is not. Their Don (Japanese rice bowls) and their bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) are excellent. Have not decide which is better because each have their own uniqueness and tastes; I had 2 types of their bibimbap before and only 1 type of their Don. So far, I am leaning towards the Don but there is excellent amount of veggie in their Bibimbap, which is ideal for weigh concise person. Wish they have a loyal customer rewards style of drinks incentives, much like some restaurants, for example, buy 9 and get 1 free drink, or some % off after 5 drink purchases, and give customers an advertisable nice pocket size reward card to keep track of their purchases. That may also work with food item purchases as well. Crossing my fingers that this may happen soon. With summer in Chicago, cool refreshing drinks is ideal and as loyal customers, return for more drink purchases with rewards will be even better.“

“Molly Tea is honestly pretty damn good. The drinks are smooth, flavorful, and you can tell they put real effort into the recipes. It’s one of those spots where the quality stands out right away — everything tastes fresh and well-balanced.

The only downside is the price and how little you actually get. The cups feel a bit small for what you’re paying, which makes it more of an occasional treat than an everyday stop.

Still, the flavor is strong enough that I keep coming back. If they ever bump up the portion sizes or ease up on the pricing, this place would be unbeatable.“

“We ended up here twice on a recent visit to Chicago. Located in Wicker Park, Uni Uni is conveniently located between a variety stores. On our second trip, they offered to let us sample some of the toppings as we noted that my daughter wasn't a fan of the crystal boba that she got on her last visit. She ended up substituting the crystal boba for the strawberry popping boba. The drinks were delicious, the staff was helpful and the restaurant was adorable.“

“I was downtown craving boba at like 7pm, when a lot of boba shops were closed, and this vending machine came up on google, so I decided to try it! I got the roast oolong milk tea with agar and it was sweet and creamy and tasted the same as what I I would expect fresh from a boba shop. My only complaint is that I wish the different bubble teas were clearly labeled right in the vending machine. Instead, you have to go through and click on each one on the touch screen to find out what they are.“

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“My go-to boba spot in Chicago. They have relatively low prices and quick service. My favorite drinks to get are their mango green tea with boba and lychee jelly or jasmine milk tea with boba. They genuinely have some of the best boba I’ve ever tasted.“

“I had lunch here yesterday (Sunday), and everything was wonderful — the drinks, the food, and the desserts were all delicious. After my meal, I accidentally dropped my wallet in the restroom without realizing it. Thankfully, a kind customer found it and turned it in to the front desk. I called today and was able to get my wallet back.

I am using a temporary mobility aid, and there’s a couple inch step before the first door, plus no button to automatically open the doors. The path to the bathroom today was also very narrow due to lots of boxes, and I couldn’t get my wheelchair in (at least today). Seems like fixable things; add a small cement ramp by the door, clear the hallway, add a door button. :) I really do love this place overall and have even gotten a cute plushie keychain here too!“

“Had the hot oolong tea on a cold winter day and it was very good!! Tasty hot drinks are hard to come by. Would highly recommend! I was also given a free snack for a very long wait (maybe I was a taste tester for a new item?). Very good hospitality and service. Definitely coming back.“

“I still think about this place when I see coconut matcha anywhere. Stringria has the best coconut matcha latte and my other favorite is the watermelon jasmine tea with coconut milk. The coconut milk here tastes creamier and stronger. I cannot find these drinks anywhere else. Both are refreshing and delicious.“

“The tea is great, but here's a few things to know :)

- You need a phone number to order,
- Doesn't accept cash, so you have to pay with card,
- Even if you have a coupon, you need an account to use it.
- The fruity teas are good, boba too, normal tea is good as well, but I don't recommend the milk foam that you can choose as a topping. Last time I picked it, it tasted sour/salty, which either means it was spoiled milk or somehow the foam was in contact with salt (?) honestly couldn't finish my tea cuz of the taste 😭

“UMM OKAY?! The drinks here were probably the BEST I have EVER had!! The service was quick and super kind. BUT THE DRINKS?! AMAZINGGG. I'm just mad I don't live closer to this place - I would come every day!! My Coffee Latte was smooth and the perfect balance of sweet and stable with perfect ice. My friend got a Rose Lychee Green tea with Lychee jelly and that was to DIE for! Refreshing and literally clarifying to my core. I stole it from him after finishing my latte.
