There's a drive thru.
I think this is the first time I’ve ever been to a Dunkin’ Donuts. No lie! Ordering on the app was easy except for all the pop up suggestions. Super easy to tell the drive thru my order number. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Food was good overall, but I did find the hashbrowns a little soggy. Otherwise a very good experience!
Today I went to this store, and the lady who was serving customers had a very rude attitude toward everyone while taking their orders. I asked her to scan my app, but she didn't. Even though I repeated that my drink was a medium Fruit Punch Refresher, she charged me for a large. On top of that, while she was making the drinks, she was arguing with another employee.
