I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over a year, the only thing consistent with this location is that they are always understaffed and ignore walk-in customers. Don’t bother with ordering ahead. They won’t make the order until you flag down staff and convince them you are waiting for an order. This location is bad for a Dunkin, and that’s saying something…

I've been going here for years and lately they just cannot get the line moving. Orders are incorrect you see food being handed out the drive thru them handed back. It takes at least to 10 minutes so be warned if you're in a rush. I've often run inside to pick up my online order and the restaurant is dirty. And it takes just as long to pick up a pre order. Just saying the previous management team ran this place so much better.

I Love Dunkin dont get me wrong ,but looks like this specific location need to change their employees,I waited in drive thru almost five minutes and nobody even care to take my order,I had to drive to window and ask them why they are making me wait 5 min in drive thru,they didn't even apologize like it's normal to treat people thus way,rude and not professional,My worst Dunkin Experience,you don't deserve 1 star, you deserve half star,worst!!!

Their coffee I will give it to them is some of the best dunks coffee in the area however the friendliness of the staff as well as the unprofessionalism displayed is highly unacceptable. I am a very avid dunks drinker from Boston (we take our dunks seriously) now I understand it’s dunks, I’m not expecting world class service but I am expecting them to complete my order and to give me the correct order. I ordered a large ice coffee and wanted to use a free reward I was told to scan the regular pay QR which on that card I had $0.44 so 44¢ went through and then I tried to use the free reward and it wouldn’t work so they push the order through, took my 44¢ and told me there was nothing they could do and I had to leave! I’m not one to complain, especially when it comes to Dunkin’ Donuts, but this just felt like a straight robbery thank God I didn’t have more money on the card and I didn’t order more.

Don't waste your time! I've never had so much issues with a Dunkin before. They've given me the wrong size coffee and wrong donuts on multiple occasions. I've had hot food that's barely been cooked through. They are incredibly disorganized at this location. I've waited 10 mins for coffee with a lil cream and sugar. There are a 2 or 3 employees that know what they're doing but everyone else just adds to the chaos. I'm a long time resident of the neighborhood and it's been getting worse over the last couple years :(
