Terrible service they can care less about helping you. Sometimes you’re waiting for ever for someone to even come to the front. Jeni’s Splendid Ice cream shop on Randolph is a much better experience and way not unique flavors!

Just bought ice cream here. The staff doesn’t have availability to take order and very unskilled to put the ice cream scoop on the cone. As soon as we get it fell off. Not a good service either.

My daughter has a dairy allergy so I asked the worker if there were any dairy free ice cream options, she said “no”. I said “okay” and didn’t argue since I know dairy free is hard to find, I was just hoping that a large chain would have one accommodating option. So we decided to leave. As soon as we were halfway out the door she said “who comes to baskin robbins for dairy free”. You’re kidding, right? :) Please share your easy-to-access ice cream shops that only serve dairy free — I’ll wait. :) The worker had NO empathy what so ever. She was working on Sunday, May 21st at 5:00pm, I hope BR sees this and helps provide customer service training cause that was a rude experience for a customer.

horrible service. I waited 30 long minutes just to get my order taken and he was alone so I was patient with him and i still another 20 minutes just to get my 2 shakes and he gave me an attitude because i wanted a topping on my shake which i told the Arabian associate working in the beginning. Rude. I’ll never go to this location again.

Ask for a strawberry dragon fruit refresher and the lady put milk in it without asking me. She said it was good like that but I did not ask for it nor like it.
