Staff is always really great! I usually get shakes and they always hit the spot. The loss of three stars is because they always have the same flavors. They never have the more fun, only-at-Baskin flavors. Most of the time, they don’t have the flavor of the month. It’s really disappointing especially when you want to try something new.

They are supposedly open 24 hours, but when I went on a Wednesday at 8:15pm, the doors were locked and the employees just stared at me.

We walked over here at around 8:10 on a Tuesday to get some ice cream but the doors to the dining room were locked despite no notice posted and the hours for the location being listed as 24 hours. If this place is not open 24 hours, they should probably update the hours listed online so that people don’t waste their time.

Don't bother going here. They make up their own hours. Summer day and the doors are closed at 8:30pm. They stated that they closed at 8pm, maybe a little bit earlier today as they were short staffed. 3 employees in the store. They wouldn't sell me a quart of ice cream as they can't see to you unless you are in a car in the drive thru during what should be normal hours of operation. I worked at a Baskin Robbins in high school, and we were lucky if we had 3 employees operating the busy store, normally 2. If they close early and claim staffing, you are out of luck. I don't drive. Like I said 8:30pm.
