i ordered a iced tea and the man gave me a hot tea saying they can't make it cold it only comes hot, i then ask them to just put ice in my hot drink and it would make it cold, apparently this guy doesn't understand that and gave my drink hot to me, so i ask again but in a different way to maybe help him out that if i can have a cup of ice... almost had to pay for it separately how hard is it to make a hot drink cold....?

I placed an online order for a Baskin Robbins' a turtle pie a week ago. I went to pick it up today and they said they NEVER RECEIVED IT?! I showed them the confirmation email and they had the audacity to say that I should have called- that it was MY fault they didn't check their online orders. They said they couldn't make it today but I insisted, so they told me to come back in two hours. I came back and this (pictured below) is what they tried to sell me; it is not a turtle pie, instead, just ice cream in a pie tin with cherries (no chocolate crust, caramel shell, or nuts) and cherries don't even come on a turtle pie. I explained this to them and they said I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG THING. I showed them my email again and had to Google image a turtle pie because they didn't even know what was supposed to come in their own product. After this conversation, they went into the back office and had me wait there for 30 mins until I finally called them out and told them to just cancel the order. It was the day of the party so I had to have the pie, it was the only thing my mom requested. Luckily, I found another location with the pie (after calling a bunch of them for an hour). This location was not keeping up with their orders, not making their recipes right, rude to customers, and did not even want to give me my money back. They wasted 3 hours of my time on my mom's birthday. This was the worst bakery experience I have ever had. Do NOT trust this location for any events, go somewhere else.

We went to get ice cream at 7:45pm and they closed and locked the doors on us even though the their website said they were open until 11pm and they had their open sign on. When we banging on the door they turned off all the lights and yelled they were closed! I am guessing the only employee in the store didn’t want to deal with customers. Don’t go here!

Worst donut donuts ever. The Indian manager is EXTREMELY rude and doesn't know how to handle customers. I got an drink that contains milk that I didn't know had milk- I pointed to something else when I made my order. He wouldn't exchange it when I told him this and he told me it's an expensive $5 drink. What? Ok... I'm sure it's dirt cheap to make that's just the price they charge for it. And on top of that he was yelling at a customer in the middle of my order saying that he wouldn't serve her and to leave the store. I am never coming to this place- something needs to be done about this guy. TRASH

I wish I could give this location zero stars. This was my first time at this location, I am usually at the location on Lawrence and Pulaski, (much better staff) but we just happened to pass this one so we went in. After a long week I decided to take my three year old on an ice cream date followed by a pretty large order which included a banana split before we were leaving. The manager on duty, gave me a banana split that filled half the container. After joking to him that it was a pretty tiny banana split, he barked at me that "we use kids scoops for banana splits here" which wasn't true for any other location I've ever been to but whatever, I let it go. I'm trying to tell him what I had ordered it came out to over $30 but in the middle he rudely tells me "what do you want me to do? I can give you two free donuts" I told him to keep his donuts and just charge me for what I have. I sign the receipt and look for my keys when he yells at me again, "do you want your receipt" at which point I get frustrated and say yes and grab it from his hand. Now... my 3 year old daughter next to me, this man begins to yell. In my face, "how can you snatch the receipt from my hand, I'm the manager here, what if I snatched the keys from your hand." I look at my daughter and she looks terrified. I grab my stuff, leave, buckle my daughter in, lock the door and went in to tell him how incredibly rude he was and to get his name. Vishal, and he continued to yell behind me, "what do you want me to do, what do you want me to do?" Vishal, maybe not yelling at women and children could be a start. I hope this man is reprimanded for his unacceptable behavior. The two girls that were there looked absolutely mortified to even be there. This happened at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. If you're with a child, stay away from this place. Go to the Lawrence and Pulaski location like I should have done.

0 Stars for this location, honestly. 5:40 a.m. Not a soul in sight, I ordered a medium caramel iced latte. Standing on the side this whole time waiting patiently and I start to see everyone get their drinks before me. What is going on. Not until a lady mentioned that I have been waiting for a while that they actually acknowledge me. 20 minutes for this caramel ice latte? Seriously? No thanks Dunkin Donuts. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The ice coffee was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price special between 2pm -6pm . We highly recommend it.

My favorite Dunkin' in the city. The employees are so sweet and they take the time to talk with my little girl every morning!
