I placed an online order for a Baskin Robbins' a turtle pie a week ago. I went to pick it up today and they said they NEVER RECEIVED IT?! I showed them the confirmation email and they had the audacity to say that I should have called- that it was MY fault they didn't check their online orders. i ordered a iced tea and the man gave me a hot tea saying they can't make it cold it only comes hot, i then ask them to just put ice in my hot drink and it would make it cold, apparently this guy doesn't understand that and gave my drink hot to me, so i ask again but in a different way to maybe help him out that if i can have a cup of ice... almost had to pay for it separately how hard is it to make a hot drink cold....?
