One of employees did not wash his hands after coming back from outside. I witnessed that he was driving in his car, and he grabbed a waffle cone right without washing his hands after he drove the car. The worst problem was that I informed this hygienic problem a customer service staff and she was trying to tell me that I was also a part of responsibility to correct his behavior. This is not only problem in this store but also prevalent ignorance of hygiene process throughout Baskin-Robbins stores.

I love it a lot! I cant eat it right now but who ever says its bad lies cause i eat it all the time. They know me they say "and coffee too?' or something but its yummy! I highly recommend! I love it so much and I want to eat it so much!

Been trying to find a location that has an oreo ice cream can in store so I dont have to drive all over town looking for one. Called this place To ask if they could check for me so that I don't drive all the way there for nothing. The person answering the phone said that I was welcome to come here and check the fridge myself. I told her it would take me 15 to 20 minutes to get there while it would only take her a minute to check. I understand you might be busy, but really? Why do you even bother answering the phone?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this neighborhood Baskin Robbins. It's my go to late night sweet fix, and they are open pretty much 24/7! There's a small parking lot out front which is super convenient, and I highly recommend the chocolate peanut butter if you like big chunks of peanut butter...I mean why wouldn't you?! You can even get it as a shake ;)

I had a very bad customer service experience here last night (9/13). I ordered a brownie sundae but was given a sundae with no brownie and chopped nuts, which I didn't realize were going to be included and which I am allergic to. I asked the one employee to remake it and he acted like I was lying about there not being a brownie in the sundae (there definitely was not) and only complied when I politely told him about my allergy and that I hadn't realized it automatically came with nuts. The employee told me that "girls always want the nuts and whipped cream, so I assumed." I am not in fact a girl, but I can forgive him for that assumption at least. His comment, however, was extremely inappropriate--not only sexist but an innuendo bordering on sexual harassment, although I'm not sure if he intended it that way. Regardless, his attitude toward nut allergies--which can be fatal--was extremely flippant, the remade sundae was mediocre, and I won't be eating here again.
