I've been wanting to write a review for this location for awhile! The service is great, all the woman there are wonderful and kind! I have a dunkin/robbins closer to my house but I still come to this one cuz I'm guaranteed my drink is gonna be tasty and and the workers are going to be pleasant, as they always put a smile on my face!-cappuccino blast lady?

The one lady with the nose piercing is very rude and disrespectful. By far the worst customer service withing the staff that work there. Her negative actions are going to bring the rest of the staff down if it hasn't happen yet. I fuss had her name tag I would have put it here but she didnt.

Guys, are you serious? Cashier does not know if sugar comes with latte, well I am happy that I did not ask for extra sugar like I do at Starbucks, but 2 lattes that I got from you yesterday was extremely sweet. Excuse me, but you cant even put that sugar-mess in your mouth. Also I noticed that employees even does not know if their location support Apple Pay Payment System from Apple. A lot of folks using Apple these days at least they does support that but you have to ask them anyways just make sure if .... you know ... I paid $9.26 for 2 latte and I regret that I made that purchase at Dunkin Donuts! I should go to my favorite chain - Starbucks. Latte that I got from you yesterday went to a trash, cause I got trashy drinks I want mu refund and I will ask about it today. I want my money back! Strongly recommend to anyone do not stop here and do not let them have your hard earning money for some drinks that you cant even try cause it is disgusting!!!!

Tuesday 8/2 9pm was told to by a averaged/tall white bald guy to quite down a child that wasn't even mine. I don't think the child was being any disturbance at all or even being loud. My personal opinion.. Is not showing good customer service.

All I wanted was a simple iced tea with lemon and sugar. What i received was an iced tea with some sort of artificial sweetner crap that made it tast like coffee. Oh and no lemon! Disgusting. I threw out most of the iced tea with a hint of coffee away.
Pretty average DDs but what makes it lose stars is the drive thru. The sound is too low and the attendant is pretty much hating life when you decide to swing by for some tea after hours. They also never have decaf. You'd think that after all my griping to them they'd have a pot ready for me but they can care less about my coffee jitters. I guess complaining everyday about their lack if decaf is just like saying hello. The clerks change quite frequently so I've encountered the dreadful ones and the pleasant ones but lately they've been zombie like. they take your order like a machine...whatever works.
