Not a great place to check out more than once... Very hit or miss. The guy told me I couldn't use my laptop for more than 15 minutes and that his manager is here today... ??? Later I found out the "manager" is the new hire in training... And this guy ends up charging me $1.85 for a cup of water. Anyhow, I do not recommend this Dunkin' and the women's bathroom is out of service FYI. Pretty lame experience as the first time I went here it was good.

No star for this location. Lady yelled at me receipt if I want to use restroom. I already order with app. No reason to yelling at me. Not a friendly location.

Ordered on doordash, order was accepted and then they waisted my time and the dashers time saying they cant complete the order. Offered different items to replace what was ordered, and then turned out it came over the price of what i payed. Ended up not getting What i wanted, but was already paid for. The manager was even on the phone and didnt approve of My order that her worker suggested to replace. Waist of time. Dont accept orders you cant make..10minutes after dasher was waiting for my agreed upon order, the manager told her worker to Cancel my order completly and i ended up not receiving it. Dont Waist Your Time going there.

Came in the evening to try out their new tiger milk tea. Been looking for it across the city, so excited this location had it in stock! Cashier was kind and service was quick. Also ordered two chocolate long johns. The donuts were great as always, no complaints there.Drink was good, not too sweet. The popping pearls' brown sugar flavor was too strong, so would get the drink again without them. The ice cream was a great touch that I feel other typical boba shops don't have. Also, ask for a plastic straw instead of the paper straw it comes with since it gets soggy fast.Though I was first hesitant to try this location because of the good reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, efficient service I received.

Dude was rushing us the whole time. I went to the bathroom and the womens' was out of order so I had to use the mens (which was disgusting). The only reason I used the bathroom was to wash my hands. THERE WAS NO SOAP. I come back to ask him for soap when I see my friend tell this man he gave her a cinnamon muffin instead of a chocolate chip. I looked at the inside of the muffin and it was light brown (cinnamon colored) then looked at the other muffin she got that was chocolate chip. The chocolate chip one had dark (almost black) chips of chocolate and looked vastly different then the first muffin. This man, Sneh, insisted they are both chocolate chip muffins and also said he didn't have any soap. I really doubt you don't have ANY SOAP in an entire Dunkin Dounts. I later asked the dudes name and he said Sneh. Ngl dude makes a good sandwich so I gave one more star.

Okay- this isn't a run of the mill Dunkin. Most Dunkin's are consistent with what they offer... BUT GET READY!... they make their munchkins in house which means they have specialty munchkins... think jelly, sprinkled, Boston cream! Their donuts are always fresh and they're attached to a baskin robins! My only complaint is when you ask for a Specific munchkin (ahh-hum--- I came for the sprinkles) you can ask for more of that kind but they still spread the wealth in all they have.

Zero out 5 stars - the owner operator was so rude and it was so filthy inside. I am not sure how she passes inspection. The tables were all dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting.

This place is a hit or miss. When the women are working, my order is never right or coffee taste like crap. Thought women thrive in the kitchen which is all of a microwave and pre cooked donuts. When I go in the early morning when habibi is working, coffee is perfect and food is actually how I want it.

They closed the bathroom because of covid and have not re-opened it (as of 6/24/2021) shameful, this is what we get now from new immigrants.

I don't want to give any star to this store. I feel like he trick me and steal my money. I ordered 1 single scoop of sherbet in a cup with a pink sprinkle, but he charged me for 2 Single scoop and 2 plain M&M! When I showed him a receipt, he wanted me to get some donuts or coffee or whatever instead of giving me money that he overcharged. That is so horrible how they want to get your money by trading with the stuff you don't want to have. I talked to another parent who lives in this neighborhood. She said this is what they did when they overcharged you. It happened to her too. You will not have your money back, they will just give you more donuts or ice-cream. I thing we should make a petition sign on this store and report it to the city.

Service was awful, I tried to order a iced coffee and a hot coffee, but because of the masks he couldn't hear me. He kept switching one for the other, I told him and then he got mad at me, and was mad for the rest of the order, I tried apologizing, but he didn't even say it's okay he just plopped down my drinks and Kept giving me dirty looks

I have given this location a handful of opportunities to provide a better experience over the course of three years. I live down the street, and this is the only location for coffee within walking distance. The customer service is horrible. The manager does not care about training her employees properly. I often submit on the go orders because they are slow and typically have big lines. I have called into Dunkin Customer Service in the past, and because they are independently owned, it is up to the location's management to reach out. They have yet to do so after three instances. I placed a mobile order for a coffee just now. I gave them ten minutes to make it. I showed up, waited, nobody acknowledged me. Another gentlemen was given his order and then an additional order was put down. They then informed me they had to brew my coffee as they did not have it ready. At this point the on demand purpose is defeated so I asked for a refund - she would not give me a refund if she was going to be giving me my coffee. She kept saying how it only takes two minutes, and I continually asked her why it was not prepared before hand if it was just two minutes. She told me I could go elsewhere?? Absolutely incredible. I worked at Starbucks for over ten years. I am not stupid. I mentioned that the time stamps for the other drinks that were ready were prepared before mine, she questioned how I knew that, like it was not. The coffee could have easily been prepared in the sequence they received the orders, and they chose not to, and then lied about it.
