Not a great place to check out more than once... Very hit or miss. The guy told me I couldn't use my laptop for more than 15 minutes and that his manager is here today... ??? Later I found out the "manager" is the new hire in training... And this guy ends up charging me $1.85 for a cup of water. Anyhow, I do not recommend this Dunkin' and the women's bathroom is out of service FYI. Pretty lame experience as the first time I went here it was good.

Ordered on doordash, order was accepted and then they waisted my time and the dashers time saying they cant complete the order. Offered different items to replace what was ordered, and then turned out it came over the price of what i payed. Ended up not getting What i wanted, but was already paid for. Came in the evening to try out their new tiger milk tea. Been looking for it across the city, so excited this location had it in stock! Cashier was kind and service was quick. Also ordered two chocolate long johns. The donuts were great as always, no complaints there.Drink was good, not too sweet. The popping pearls' brown sugar flavor was too strong, so would get the drink again without them. The ice cream was a great touch that I feel other typical boba shops don't have.
