I ordered through Uber eats I ordered a large peppermint shake and a 3 scoop sundae two scoops of baseball nut and one Reese’s peanut butter cup. I received a medium chocolate shake and two scoops of ices cream one was chocolate chip cookie dough and one strawberry cheesecake. How do you mess up an order that bad. Then went to call the store and no one answered of course. Horrible all around

Today I ordered a caramel blast and they gave me a mocha. I returned it and they only removed something from the top and put more caramel this week, they made a mistake several times, super bad service.

Please avoid this Dunkin Yesterday went in for 2 maple sugar sandwich and 1 frozen Carmel drink and a ice coffee . Like always since there always in a rush to get orders out they don't listen to what you want instead they give you what they choose they gave me 2 regular sandwiches just the bagel no bacon no egg no nothing just 2 plain bagels with nothing my frozen drink was not even received because I told them that it was missing something at the drive thru and they decided to keep my drink and not return it . My iced coffee was supposed to be Carmel and sugar only they filled half of the cup with creamer and didn't put nothing else but coffee and creamer worst Dunkin

Ordered 2 smoothies and it took nearly 20min for one of them to be wrong. Didn’t complain so I took it , knowing my order was wrong. Not pleased.

The reason I switched to Starbucks because of the damn staff that Duncan has no experience no respect to any customers employee think they're on the place I'm not talking about one location all stupid location all over Chicago and Chicago suburbs are d*** are you still like Duncan not anymore I have to drive two more miles to get to the Starbucks location near me but it's okay at least I have a good morning

Worst dunkin' donuts in the area. If you read this, go to the one on 89th and cicero instead. Just ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side. Which you pay extra for and buddy guy put it ON the bagel. Nobody asked him to put it on the bagel. Plus, he barely put anything on there. I'm never coming here again. Every time it'd a disappointment.

Not only was the service so slow, but I just ordered a simple hot chocolate was very water down was barely even around us so how water down it was and then don’t even get me started on how bad my croissant was I don’t think a hot chocolate and a croissant that’s toasted it is too much of a complicated order.

Pay nearly $5.00 for a ice cream scoop and this Baskin Robbins location didn't even put a full roll of a scoop in the cup!!! It literally wasn't even a full circle/scoop...just a few pieces of straight pieces of ice cream dropped in the cup. This is the worse one I've ever been to. Go to another one!!!!

Alright I'm making this review because of my really infuriating visit right now at 12:30 in the morning at the 7905 S Cicero location. This is the second time I had a bad experience in the matter of 2 days and it will be the last time I ever spend a f****** dime here. The first time I came around 8:12 pm and I went through the drive thru. The guy (named Dilip) took too long to take my order and while taking my order he had me repeating myself more than once when I spoke very loud and clear. Not only that but he was just acting really slow and like he had no damn sense in general. I make a add on at the window and I had to repeat the drink more than 5 times and he still didn't give me the right drink. So I called that night and the next morning and the shift leader Sweetie and manager Natasha solved the issue and gave me the same order and some donuts redone for free. So I decided to give them another chance and I went in the drive thru once again and this time it was a different guy and his attitude was terrible. Like last time they didn't have anything I wanted so I ordered whatever was there and they didn't charge me for hash browns because they didn't have that either. At the window he had a very ugly attitude as well and was not trying to give me a receipt and refused to give me his name. He told me he couldn't reprint a receipt and didn't give any explanation as to why and then said I can come the next day for a receipt so it made no sense. I started getting really angry and lost my temper asking him why he couldn't simply print out the receipt now if he's saying I can pick it up the next day and that if he hate his job so bad why is he working there. It's really not hard to at least act like you like your job or at least give good customer service when it's not even busy and I didn't even give him any hard time while ordering. I literally asked for 3 things and got 2 things in the end. I will be contacting with higher power as well.

they’ll tell you they don’t have something in the drive thru because they don’t want to make it but if you go inside you can clearly see they have it.

This business don’t care about costumers or about providing a good service . I waited after I paid one coffe they told me wait by end of biulding. I waited so long for them to bring me a coffee with cinnamon out the cup and falling all over me and my car . And the manager don’t want to listen to costumers .They don’t care people keeps buying no metter what .

If I could give this location zero stars I would, this is the closest Dunkin to me and I never go to it because every time I come back thinking it will be different, it never is. Every single time my coffee is not made correctly and when I let the cashier know she acts as if it's my fault. I would rather take the drive to a different location where I know my food/drink will be made to satisfaction. I would not recommend this location at all. It does not uphold its corporations standards ever. Save your time and money and spend it else where.
