Was able to get my oreo milk shake
Went to Baskin Robbins on 79th and Cicero just because it was on my way home. Couldn’t have a worse experience in service in my entire life. The guy was beyond rude, like he was unhappy to be there and his miserable life only depended on that job. He made me go back in drive thru like 3 times with his dump policies. Make yourself a favor and don’t visit this location.
Today on May 29,2026 I ordered a large coconut limeade and it tasted extremely watered down basically clear and nothing like the picture. I took one sip and immediately asked if I could switch it for another drink before even leaving the store. Instead of a simple exchange or just paying the price difference for the new drink I wanted, I was told I’d have to pay full price for a whole new drink while still paying for the original one.
